A company is looking for an Attorney, Principal - Labor & Employment Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice on a range of employment law issues to HR and business leaders
- Draft and review employment-related documents and oversee employment-related certifications
- Manage employment disputes and litigation matters, including coordinating with outside counsel
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5+ years of experience in employment law counseling and litigation
- Prior experience as in-house counsel preferred
- Expertise in U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations
