Key Responsibilities
- Advise plan sponsors on ERISA compliance for retirement and health benefit plans
- Draft and maintain plan documents and participant communications
- Represent plan sponsors in investigations, audits, and corporate transactions
Required Qualifications
- At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice with in-house experience
- Deep expertise in ERISA and related federal and state laws
- J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
- State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
- Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist
