A company is looking for a Loan Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between clients and loan originators, ensuring clear communication throughout the loan process
• Manage loan files from application to closing, including tracking documents and providing updates to borrowers
• Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in conventional mortgage loan processing or origination
• Current Mortgage Loan Processing experience is required
• State and Federal NMLS License preferred
• Familiarity with RESPA and mortgage lending regulations is preferred
