Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Training Specialist responsible for developing and implementing training for the Residential Lending Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and implements training programs aligned with departmental needs and corporate direction
- Supports the development of policies and procedures, converting them into training materials
- Coordinates training projects, overseeing project plans and schedules while resolving related issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing training materials and delivering training
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience with MS Office
- Bachelor's degree preferred along with three years of training and development experience
- In-depth knowledge of Residential Lending services is preferred
