Key Responsibilities
- Oversee bi-weekly and quarterly payroll processing operations and drive strategic payroll processes
- Lead the transformation of payroll processes to align with organizational growth and new HRIS systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining accurate payroll records
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in non-profit accounting
- Experience with Paychex and UKG systems
- Payroll certification (CPP, FPC, CPM, or PCP) is a plus
