Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly and quarterly payroll processing operations and drive strategic payroll processes
• Lead the transformation of payroll processes to align with organizational growth and new HRIS systems
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining accurate payroll records

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in non-profit accounting
• Experience with Paychex and UKG systems
• Payroll certification (CPP, FPC, CPM, or PCP) is a plus
