Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Specialist (ABA) to manage the billing process for Applied Behavioral Analysis clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, review, and submit claims for behavioral health providers
• Track claim statuses, remittances, and manage denials proactively
• Evaluate insurance operations and implement efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management and billing for commercial and Medicaid plans
• Experience with electronic medical record/practice management systems
• Familiarity with clearinghouses and payor portals
• Knowledge of the denials, corrections, and appeals process
• Minimum availability of 25 hours/week during core business hours
