A company is looking for a Senior Director, Advancement Planning and Performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual and long-term strategic planning processes for the Resource Development Department
- Track and analyze the revenue generation pipeline for trend analysis and advancement strategy
- Design and manage systems for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), donor impact, and ROI on fundraising activities
Required Qualifications
- Project management experience and demonstrated ability to manage planning and implementation
- Expertise in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and project/task management platforms
- Proven ability to identify, collect, report, and analyze key performance indicators and accomplishments
- Ability to explain and display data, processes, policies, and other information clearly and simply
- Strong desire to impact and change people's lives for the better
