Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Title Examiner (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Examine chain of title for commercial/industrial properties and related entities
• Perform title research and examination of complex title orders
• Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and legal restrictions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years of directly related experience
• Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
• Able to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title orders
• Strong MS skill set
