Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Office of the Registrar, ensuring alignment with university goals
- Oversee maintenance and integrity of student academic records, ensuring compliance with FERPA and related regulations
- Manage systems and data for Registrar operations, ensuring effective use of technology and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
- Minimum of five years of management experience in post-secondary Enrollment Services
- Experience in implementing new technologies and improving business processes
- Strong background in team supervision and project management
- Proficiency in administrative systems and data reporting, preferably with Ellucian Banner
