California Licensed VP of Commercial Lending

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Commercial Lending - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute all aspects of Commercial Lending, including origination, underwriting, processing, funding, and servicing of Small Business loans
• Drive growth and profitability of Commercial Lending programs through effective business relationships and operational efficiencies
• Manage departmental operations, compliance, and risk management activities while ensuring exceptional member service

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of ten years of experience in Commercial and Business Lending/Banking, including five years in management
• Expert level knowledge in commercial/business lending practices, laws, and regulations
• Ability to analyze and evaluate commercial loan requests and make credit decisions
• Knowledge of budget processes and various lending procedures, including Construction and SBA lending
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
