A company is looking for a Finance & HR Associate to support finance and HR operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial close activities and manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Administer core HR processes, including onboarding and employee record maintenance
- Assist in tracking compliance-related deadlines and support process improvements in finance and HR systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, operations, accounting, HR, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with financial models and reports
- Familiarity with accounting tools and HRIS platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
