FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly P&L analysis and communicate performance drivers to senior management
• Prepare financial reporting presentations for investors and the board, highlighting key metrics and trends
• Collaborate with the Operations team to build forecasts and analyze operational performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements
• Preferred experience in the 3PL or relevant industry
• High proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI is preferred
