Director of Finance Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance, GTM & Infrastructure Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders to drive customer acquisition, revenue acceleration, and strategic initiatives
• Bridge GTM and Operations planning to optimize revenue realization and minimize bottlenecks
• Serve as a key input into corporate planning cycles, aligning GTM and Operations with financial objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Business Operations Finance, preferably in high-growth tech or AI sectors
• Deep understanding of GTM finance, including sales models and revenue operations
• Strong experience in operations finance, particularly in supply chain and data center planning
• Highly analytical with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic and tactical priorities
