Cloud FinOps Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud FinOps Analyst to develop and deliver FinOps services to partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical resource and subject matter expert on FinOps projects
• Collaborate with partners and teams to ensure successful project outcomes and establish governance processes
• Design and execute initiatives for cloud cost optimization and develop automated solutions for spend prediction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years focused on FinOps or cloud cost optimization
• College degree preferred, or equivalent work or military experience
• FinOps Foundation Certification and cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred
• Expert-level experience with at least two major public cloud platforms
• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages, with a strong understanding of cloud pricing models
