Pricing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 2-4 pricing analysts and oversee pricing processes and analytics
• Produce rate level indications and make pricing recommendations for multiple states
• Collaborate with state product managers on ratemaking decisions and lead staff development

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in pricing and knowledge of auto products preferred
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience is beneficial
• Strong analytical and technical skills are essential
