Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections for past due payments on loan and lease accounts
• Assist in asset repossession, remarketing, and bankruptcy processes to maximize recovery
• Utilize tracking systems to manage daily activities and develop strategies to improve collection effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' higher education and/or work experience, including 5 years' collections experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong proficiency with personal computers and relevant software
• Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding asset recovery
• Experience in commercial equipment leasing and finance collections preferred
