CPA Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Finance Shared Service group, ensuring compliance with financial transactions and policies
• Develop and implement a long-term strategic road map for Finance Shared Services
• Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in Shared Services functions within a large retail company
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience with a focus on employee development
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365
