Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to conduct comprehensive financial analysis for the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of historical and current budgets, and future business models
• Research and analyze budget and capacity status of 90+ Network Libraries
• Develop financial impact assessments and support the creation of three-year budget projections

Required Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Federal financial budgeting, reporting, and accounting policies
• Demonstrated experience with multi-year/no-year appropriations
• Ability to formulate Federal strategic financial plans
• Experience preparing cost estimates and executable budgets
