• Oversee the financial reporting team processes, including monthly internal reporting and quarterly external financial reporting

• Provide training and mentorship to financial reporting accountants and support audit programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• 6 to 8 years of public company accounting experience
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Proactive in identifying process improvements
• Ability to work well in a team and foster inter-departmental cooperation
