Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Policy Management Specialist responsible for overseeing loan policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive loan policies and procedures across various lending areas
• Conduct risk assessments of the loan portfolio and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks
• Deliver training programs on loan policies and ensure effective communication of policy changes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
• 7 or more years of banking and/or finance regulatory and risk management experience
• 5 or more years of commercial and retail loan experience
• 1 or more years of presentation experience
• 2 or more years of compliance and/or audit experience (preferred)
