Job Summary

A company is looking for an FQHC Strategy Manager to deliver outsourced accounting and financial advisory services to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outsourced financial management services and serve in various financial management roles for FQHCs
• Lead project work in revenue optimization, contract negotiation, and financial analysis while managing multiple client relationships
• Assess finance department performance, develop strategies for improvement, and guide clients through change initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare finance; FQHC experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, and reimbursement systems
• Experience with enterprise-level financial accounting systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related applications
