Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outsourced financial management services and serve in various financial management roles for FQHCs
- Lead project work in revenue optimization, contract negotiation, and financial analysis while managing multiple client relationships
- Assess finance department performance, develop strategies for improvement, and guide clients through change initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare finance; FQHC experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, and reimbursement systems
- Experience with enterprise-level financial accounting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related applications
