Senior Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals
• Oversee all financial functions and ensure scalable financial systems and reporting
• Partner with department heads to drive financial discipline and optimize SaaS metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in global SaaS or tech companies
• Proven track record as a VP or SVP of Finance in high-growth organizations
• Deep expertise in SaaS financial metrics and subscription-based revenue models
• Experience with international operations, tax, compliance, and M&A activities
• CPA, CFA, and/or MBA preferred
