A company is looking for a Portfolio Director, Government Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor a diverse portfolio of government contracting clients, ensuring credit quality and compliance
- Conduct financial due diligence and credit analysis specific to government contracting risks
- Lead and mentor Credit Analysts and junior staff while collaborating with various teams on credit opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial credit or portfolio management, with 5 years in government contracting
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
- Deep understanding of credit risk and regulatory requirements in commercial and government contracting finance
- Experience with FAR, DCAA compliance, and formal credit training or certification is a plus
