A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate payment for weekly and biweekly payrolls
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and manage payroll operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements and drive process improvements for efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience processing payroll in a non-PEO environment
- Experience with reviewing and auditing timecards for errors
- Knowledge of payroll rules regarding overtime, time off, and benefits deductions
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Dayforce experience is strongly preferred
