Financial Wellness Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Wellness Advocate - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach calls to assist members in navigating financial stressors
• Analyze financial situations to determine the best course of action for members
• Provide resources and manage documentation related to financial crises

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience with at least 5 years in member service
• Familiarity with financial regulations such as FRCA, MLA, SCRA, FDCPA, FCRA, UDAAP
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer savvy with knowledge of industry-related software
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred
