Finance Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance partnership with executive leadership, managing forecasting and budget planning
• Develop and implement a standardized investment evaluation framework for company-wide projects
• Oversee month-end close and reporting processes, ensuring financial accuracy and providing insights

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably with product-facing teams
• Proven ability to lead financial planning cycles and influence executive decision-making
• Experience presenting to executive-level decision-makers
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with planning tools is preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to operate in ambiguous situations and adapt to new systems
