Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fundraising Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee funding project controlling, managing budgets and expenditures while ensuring smooth information flow
  • Manage financial processes for membership contributions and donations, ensuring accurate payment flow and data entry in the CRM system
  • Handle operational processes related to members and donors, including data management and communication, while maintaining data quality
Qualifications
  • Minimum four years of experience in finance, fundraising, or related fields
  • Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as business administration or communication
  • Strong numerical understanding and experience with accounting or payment systems
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
  • Fluency in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
