Key Responsibilities
- Oversee funding project controlling, managing budgets and expenditures while ensuring smooth information flow
- Manage financial processes for membership contributions and donations, ensuring accurate payment flow and data entry in the CRM system
- Handle operational processes related to members and donors, including data management and communication, while maintaining data quality
Qualifications
- Minimum four years of experience in finance, fundraising, or related fields
- Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as business administration or communication
- Strong numerical understanding and experience with accounting or payment systems
- Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
- Fluency in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
