Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategy roles within SaaS or healthcare technology
• Proven track record of leading large-scale product operations and transformation initiatives
• Deep experience with AI/ML integration into business operations
• Demonstrated success in portfolio management and strategic planning
• Strong understanding of value-based healthcare and SaaS metrics
