Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a cross-functional product team, fostering a high-performing culture
- Ensure team efforts align with organizational goals and oversee delivery of new features and support activities
- Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, translating business priorities into actionable team backlogs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams
- Strong understanding of product delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Proven track record of supporting and improving legacy systems while planning for modernization
- Experience working in a transforming organization or one undergoing cultural/technical change
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
