Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager - Product Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a cross-functional product team, fostering a high-performing culture

• Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, translating business priorities into actionable team backlogs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams
• Strong understanding of product delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Proven track record of supporting and improving legacy systems while planning for modernization
• Experience working in a transforming organization or one undergoing cultural/technical change
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
