Mobile Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Mobile & Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the mobile product vision and roadmap for employee-facing features across iOS and Android platforms
• Lead user research efforts to uncover pain points and guide product direction
• Collaborate cross-functionally to rapidly launch and scale impactful features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning mobile apps
• Experience in startup environments and working with remote teams
• Familiarity with agile development and working closely with design and engineering teams
• Bonus: background in workforce management, HR tech, scheduling, or labor platforms
