Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst to develop and improve their ZoneBilling product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to document functional requirements for enhancements
• Work with Professional Services and customers to scope and solve technical and business challenges
• Create detailed documentation, including user guides and functional diagrams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role
• NetSuite experience, particularly in Order-to-Cash and Finance processes
• Expertise in ERP and CRM systems, particularly cloud-based platforms
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working directly with development teams
