Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead a scalable product training program for go-to-market teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams
- Manage and mentor a small team of Product Trainers to ensure effective enablement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product enablement, product marketing, or sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring enablement or training teams
- Experience in building scalable, self-paced training programs
- Familiarity with enablement platforms like Highspot
- Deep understanding of sales motions and the buyer's journey
