Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Training Specialist responsible for developing and implementing training programs for the Residential Lending Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs aligned with departmental needs and corporate direction
- Manage learning tools and coordinate training projects, ensuring adherence to project goals and legal requirements
- Promote adult learning theory and stay current with training delivery technology and behavioral research
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing training materials and delivering training
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience with MS Office
- Bachelor's degree and familiarity with developing and facilitating training programs
- In-depth knowledge of Residential Lending services preferred
