Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions across various service channels to ensure quality standards
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing agents, focusing on performance improvement
- Support order and shipment accuracy processes and manage escalated customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance and/or training in a contact center environment
- Strong understanding of QA frameworks and contact center operations
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems
- Highly organized and self-directed in a fast-paced remote setting
