Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Education

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with business applications and software, including Microsoft and Google Suites
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and manage high call volumes
- Capacity to troubleshoot basic technical issues and self-manage responsibilities effectively
