A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to join their Veterans Evaluation Services team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen incoming calls and provide information to Veterans and providers
- Handle scheduling, appointment confirmations, and modifications
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and document information accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience
- Preferred one (1) year of call center experience
- Ability to commit to a five-week training period with no absences
- Must reside in the Continental US and meet home office requirements
