A company is looking for a Call Center Investigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of inbound calls related to health insurance subrogation cases
  • Research and develop cases by accessing client health claim systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize recoveries and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma with one year of experience in an analytic or claims environment; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research skills
