Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Investigation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of inbound calls related to health insurance subrogation cases
- Research and develop cases by accessing client health claim systems and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to maximize recoveries and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma with one year of experience in an analytic or claims environment; bachelor's degree preferred
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research skills
