Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming service requests via email and phone, accurately entering information for dispatch
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and adapting to new processes
- Coordinate with on-call service teams to dispatch technicians for emergency service requests
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or similar B2B customer service role
- Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school is a plus
- Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to type 50 wpm
- Schedule flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
