Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and technical support for small business merchants using Clover POS systems
- Set up and train new users, assist with device preferences, and troubleshoot complex issues

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services or technology support
- Understanding of basic financial transaction processing and payments
- Knowledge of computers, internet navigation, and web applications
- Quiet and secure home working environment free from distractions
