Key Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of warm inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Read scripts verbatim for products and services and provide rebuttals when necessary

Required Qualifications
- Previous outbound call experience required
- Previous sales or customer service experience in any capacity
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Outlook
