Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator-Call Handling Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate calls and cases to assess performance, providing feedback and recognition to ensure high performance
- Monitor team performance for adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulations, tracking trends for improvement
- Analyze and report weekly and monthly trends to leadership while engaging in quality enhancement projects
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a patient support program or hub field strongly preferred
- Experience in call and case quality audits strongly preferred
- Adverse Event reporting and reconciliation experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
