Key Responsibilities
- Forecast future capacity and develop capacity planning models to monitor resource utilization
- Analyze data trends to provide recommendations for capacity adjustments and improve operational performance
- Collaborate with various departments to generate reports and identify potential issues and solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in contact center data and analytics, with capacity planning experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues in data quickly
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Planning
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with team members across the organization
