Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Marketing to support growth and marketing teams through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing initiatives and build reporting and dashboards in collaboration with the growth team
- Monitor performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates, providing insights for business decisions
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and growth modeling efforts while analyzing user behavior and onboarding funnel
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in a growth stage company
- Strong understanding of core marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROAS)
- Expert level SQL proficiency, including creating new tables and writing clear code
- Experience with business intelligence/data visualization tools, preferably Omni
- Familiarity with data transformation tools like DBT and in-platform marketing analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta)
