Capital Markets Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst to support the development of its solar portfolio through third-party capital financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of third-party capital financing, including construction debt and tax equity financing
• Maintain relationships with investors and coordinate with Legal and Structuring departments for project data accuracy
• Assist in financial and risk analysis for development, construction, and asset management teams

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in clean tech, energy, or related sectors; solar experience preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant Investment Banking experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field required
• Robust financial modeling skills
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S
