Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Debt & Treasury Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer all corporate credit agreements and ensure compliance with terms
- Prepare and track draw requests, prepayments, and loan reconciliations
- Support corporate credit agreement administration and assist in evaluating refinancing opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred)
- 5-7+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or accounting, with 3-4+ years in corporate debt management
- Experience with loan administration and capital project accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting for interest capitalization and debt instruments
- Proficiency with ERP systems and treasury management platforms
