Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient access and case status updates
- Enter accurate notes into CRM while conversing with patients or healthcare staff
- Create and process referrals and applications in internal systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years of customer-facing or call center experience preferred
- Must type at least 40 WPM and transcribe accurate notes in real-time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must have a quiet, private home office setup and high-speed internet
