Key Responsibilities

• Monitor consult routing dashboard and email notifications for new referrals
• Review and route video consult requests to the appropriate specialists
• Respond to support desk tickets and customer inquiries within the application

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Computer literacy and familiarity with business office solutions (Google, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines
