Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to manage financial records and support accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile trial balances
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor invoices and client collections
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, and assist in financial reporting and compliance activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably with U.S. clients
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial principles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
