Job Summary
A company is looking for an Auditor Technical Trainer (Outpatient/Specialty Audits).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training plans and materials for audit team members
- Assess training needs and provide mentoring and support to enhance team performance
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and integrate quality assurance controls in auditing processes
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent relevant experience; Bachelor's preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in claims auditing, quality assurance, or recovery auditing
- Clinical/Nursing experience in SNF, IRF, and HH settings required
- Coding certification (e.g., CCS, CPC) is required and must be maintained
- Strong knowledge of medical claims, billing systems, and coding terminology
