Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join their T&D team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design educational programs, including request analysis and effectiveness evaluation
- Create training logic for various formats such as workshops and e-learning
- Develop instructional materials and occasionally conduct mini-training sessions
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in instructional design within EdTech or corporate training
- Understanding of adult learning principles and mechanisms
- Ability to map customer journeys and design educational scenarios
- Proficiency in tools for visualizing and presenting educational content
- Conversational and written English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
